- Check-in is available from 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
- Infants and children are also included in the number of personnel. Exceeding maximum permitted occupancy is not allowed.
- A minor without a legal guardian or any pet is not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed exceeding the number of people booked, and the guest is responsible for that.
- Bedding will be arranged according to the number of people you booked.
- If you book for more than 3 nights, we will make up the room including bedding and towels.
- If you damage or lose any facilities or furniture in the house, you can be asked for the compensation.
- Regular pest control is done with the specialized company. However, please understand than you might spot insects due to the nature of the environment.
Refund due to insects is not possible.
- Selling or transferring reservations to others is strictly prohibited. If such an act is found, you can be held responsible.

- The use of bath products such as liquids, powders, bubbles, petals, potpourri, and herbs is prohibited because they reduce the lifespan of bath and cause mold.
- Cypress bath has its natural efficacy when used with only pure water.
- Please wear your underwear or swimsuit.
- It is not available in winter season (November - April).
- Security cameras are installed at the gate for your safety and prevention of theft.
- One car can be parked in front of the gate.
- If you have a full-size car or two or more vehicles, please use the public parking lot in the village.
For a refund, you will receive a refund based on the chart below.
A reservation for more than 2-nights, we refund according to the refund policy based on the 'check-in date'.

- We prepare the equipments for those who applied before the noon on the day of check - in. (12PM)
- The barbecue setting costs 30,000won. You'll get a grill, fireplate, and torch.
- If you can’t use it due to the weather condition, we refund the payment.
- We prepare barbecue equipment on the side of the garden. You can use it by making a fire yourself.
- Please be careful not to make noise late at night.
